As you all may know, Fleur of England is one of my favorite luxury brands. Their particular style pleases me very much, making me sigh at the glimpse of every image I get to see. With the new collections, this was no different.
With bespoke designs, this season has it’s five main designs representing one important aspect in the brand’s opinion, the moods of the woman who wears Fleur of England. In the words of Fleur, “this season is all about being spoilt, loved and treasured”. Their unique designs and craftsmanship make the garments fascinating and very desirable.
Truffle, which we talked about here before, is the Romantic mood, with the new shapes of the belted kimono and the camisole, along with the French eyelash lace and the satin.
Flirtation, the Playful mood, combines pink eyelash lace with transparent midnight lace. The result is fun and teasing, adding luxuries to everyday or to some special moments. The classic Fleur shapes, renewed by the pink touch, look gorgeously cute, with lots of personality.
Geisha represents the Luxurious mood, with Italian lace and bespoke fabrics. The artisan collection features push up plunges, focusing on the cleavage, and the classics kimono and babydoll – items much loved.
Emerald, the Powerful mood, make in impression with jewel-toned silk and lace, modern shapes on the suspenders and plunge bra. The elastics have 24 carat gold details, making it even more brilliant and marvelous, full of sex appeal.
Then comes Belle de Nuit, my favorite. I could imagine it would be my preference when it was described with the mood Fiercely Feminine, but I could never imagine that I would love it so much. The guipure embroidery -my personal favorite detail from Fleur of England- comes in black and it’s designed in-house, making it even more exclusive. Full of tulle and silk-satin, the silhouettes are dark and powerful, featuring new shapes such as the push-up plunge and the baroque body and lovely details, like the covered buttons.
Overall, the new collections follow the style proposed by the brand, and the decision to separate each line by a different mood is smart and helpful, since lingerie deals with, among other things, the imagination. Belle de Nuit, as I stated, is my favorite part, the black guipure lace together with the tulle in different shapes made me put it on my luxury wishlist. By choosing to work with the best fabrics and different shapes, Fleur of England keeps us amazed, full of desire for every piece they make.
The Autumn Winter 13 collections are available at their website and the retailers, ready to adorn powerful bodies who want the best in luxury undergarments.
